Recipe: Chicken in a Hurry
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. skinless chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1.25-oz. envelope dry onion soup mix
Instructions
- Arrange chicken in slow cooker. 2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. 3. Pour over chicken. 4. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours or cook on high 1 hour and then on low 5 to 6 hours.

Wow, this really does look good! I’ve got some chicken defrosting in the fridge and I think I’ve got all the ingredients, I’ll have to dust off the slow cooker and give it a whirl!
