James friend lives very close to a little beach in town called Ripple Beach off of Sunset Lake. My staff photographer (Grant! lol!) took this photo when he picked up James the other evening. My niece Marie is so creative. She helped the boys make these homemade ugly dolls last week when we visited. They used felt, stuffing a glue gun, a marker and a bow! And now, here is their whole collection. Don’t mind the ham on the end! lol!

Happy Wordless Wednesday! Grant’s mom is so great with the boys. She has the patience (something I need more of) to do all sorts of fun things with them like make gingerbread houses with Ryan and a gingerbread pirate ship with James. These gingerbread structures, and many others, were on display at school last week.

Hi! I'm Kristi. I'm a work-at-home mom who enjoys blogging & freelancing while raising 2 young boys in grade school. I met my husband Grant, an engineer, 15 years ago at a wedding and the rest is history! I graduated from Fitchburg State University, where I earned my B.A. in English. Our son, James, is 9 and our son, Ryan, is 7. James loves to build with Legos and Ryan loves coloring and doing crafts. I like things nice and neat and they don’t.
