A Few Words on Thanksgiving

It was only a few years ago that I curiously searched “blogs” on Google and was amazed at all the blog directories that list the hundreds, thousands of blogs just in the US alone. It was overwhelming! I never thought I could create a blog that over one thousand people subscribe to. I remember the day when I was excited to see that one person stopped by to read my post. (I still get a thrill when I see your comments!) When it comes to this blog, I never imagined that it would grow as much as it has and without you that wouldn’t be possible. Thank you!

Thank you to the pr companies and the sponsors they represent for allowing me to host all of these great giveaways. While I understand that it’s a give and take between us bloggers and the pr companies, I still get a thrill when I am able to email the winner and let them know that they have won. Remember the Zip Line that I had the opportunity to review and giveaway? The winner turned out to be a mom of four young boys. She was absolutely thrilled to have won. How exciting for that family, and to have a part in that was exciting for me as well.

Right now I should be in my kitchen preparing the dishes that I am bringing to Thanksgiving dinner today. But here I am typing away to you. So I guess what I am trying to say is that I am thankful for you (dear readers, fellow bloggers, moms, family and friends.) You are all “in my circle”. Happy Thanksgiving!
