I do eat a lot of yogurt, so I was looking forward to trying the Ehrmann yogurt. I have had a similar type where you add the sweet fruit on the side to the yogurt, so I knew just what to do. Take a look at this blueberry yogurt. Doesn’t it look yummy? The plain yogurt mixed with the sweet blueberry was very good. Each 5.3 ounce yogurt has 150 calories, 7 grams of protein and only 1.5 grams of fat. This yogurt is rather high in sugar, but worth the splurge! The peach, strawberry and cherry are tasty too. (I have yet to try the blackberry pomegranate.)
