Green Irene Eco-Friendly Cleaning Products Review and Starter Kit Giveaway 6/16

I ‘ve been doing some green cleaning! I’ve tried the Green Irene Stainless and Glass Cleaner and the Floor Cleaner concentrate for this review.  Green Irene cleaners contain plant enzymes that break down oils, dirt and grime safely and without the use of harsh chemicals. Green Irene is sponsoring a giveaway for a Starter Cleaning Kit which includes all of the items pictured above.

The Review

The Stainless and Glass Cleaner arrived with a 16 oz. spray bottle and a little packet of enzymes blended from plants. The contents of the packet were placed in the bottle and then I filled the bottle with water.  This idea of a reusable bottle, means less packaging and waste and that is a plus for the environment.

I first tackled the bathroom mirror. As promised, this cleaner cleaned my mirror and left it streak free. Next I tried the flat screen TV. Can you tell I haven’t cleaned it in awhile? I agree, it may be hard to tell just how clean my screen is, but it is clean and streak-free. Here are before and after pictures.

I used the Floor Cleaner, which contains water, enzymes blended from plants, coconut oil surfactant, essential oil fragrance (orange) natural color (carmine) on my floating laminate floor. My floor was pretty dull and dirty before using the Green Irene Floor cleaner.  I used 4 cap-fulls with one gallon of warm water and washed the floor. The result was a clean floor that felt good on bare feet.  It is hard to see the  real results, however, I wanted to include before and after pictures.
